CHIMNEYS

CHIMNEYS

Every new chimney project is different. Bahuvida™ approaches each with open-thinking, innovation, expertise and experience to create optimum design and construction solutions.
We research, evaluate and plan for all the factors that will affect design and construction. Once the column configuration and lining type has been determined, designs are carefully reviewed again to find the most functional construction process for the lowest price.
The most economical and most commonly used construction technique is jump forming. With this traditional technique, chimneys rise by one 7'-6" lift (or jump), usually per day.
When construction time is short or the structure exceeds the limitations of our jump forming systems, the Slipform technique is employed. With Slipforming, a 1,200 foot chimney can be constructed in less than three months through continuous, around-the-clock construction. It's definitely preferred for rush situations.
